Most have been in hard core raid guilds before - it's not really what we're all about.
Guild News pages tend to be lame. Log in and go straight to the forums. They're about as organized as anything else we do, but there's some good info in there. Raps has spent days making gear lists, and Skull and I worked really hard on some of the boss fight explanation images.
